Chef Ori Menashe's restaurant Bestia is one of the top restaurants in Los Angeles. Menashe was born in Los Angeles then moved to Israel when he was seven. His love affair with food was encouraged by his family who would dine together at Michelin-starred restaurants in France. After serving in the Israeli army, Menashe returned to LA where he worked in top restaurants including Angelini Osteria where he trained under legendary chef Gino Angelini.
