About Sandy Gendel

Chef Sandy Gendel's food is more than just a culinary experience, it's an artistic one. At his restaurant Pace ("peace" in Italian), Chef Sandy presents a rustic menu focused on classic Italian dishes made with the freshest ingredients available. Tucked away just outside Los Angeles in Laurel Canyon, Pace is a community gathering place for fresh, rustic, elegant food.

Chef Sandy started his culinary journey early, cooking and working in restaurants throughout his adolescence. While attending business school, he realized cooking was his true passion and began enthusiastically pursuing a culinary career. Chef Sandy aims to create a community experience at Pace, and proudly displays the works of local artists at the restaurant.
