About Willy Barling

Willy Barling’s beginnings were at Los Angeles’ artisanal burger restaurant, Short Order, where he worked alongside fellow chef and now business partner, Christian Page. While at Short Order, the two led the transition from outsourcing products for the restaurant to making everything by hand. Short Order has been receiving acclaim ever since and continues to be a ‘must eat’ LA establishment.

With his ingredient-driven philosophy in mind, Chef ‘Willy B’ and Chef Christian began creating homemade, fermented hot sauces, jams, pickles, and krauts in the back of the Short Order kitchen. The two have since left Short Order, but stock up on the pair’s products, and stay tuned for a future delicatessen collaboration.
