Broder Café specializes in Scandinavian cuisine and Chef Daniel serves up delicious dishes including Swedish meatballs and cured salmon gravlax. During his time at Broder, Chef Daniel has served nearly 450,000 aebleskiver or Danish pancakes to his hungry customers. During his free time he enjoys gardening and caring for his four cats.
