About Frank Zanti

Frank Zanti is the head chef and owner of Yankee Lobster Company, a Boston eatery founded by the Zanti Family that specializes in “ocean to table” cuisine.    

The Zanti family has been in the fishing business since they first emigrated from Italy to America in the early 1900s. Yankee lobster emerged out of their dream to provide high quality seafood, fresh from the boat to the kitchen. Starting as a dishwasher and working his way up the line, Frank now runs the business, perpetuating the founding vision with the same commitment to quality as his predecessors.
