The Steps

  1. 1. Use the back of a fork to mash an avocado with fresh lime juice and sea salt, to taste. Spread the avocado across the bread, covering both sides evenly. 00:15

  2. 2. Add the desired amount of sprouts to the bottom half of the bread. Press gently into the avocado so the sprouts stay in place. 00:33

  3. 3. Gently place a fried egg on top of the sprouts. Top the egg with the other half of the bread. 00:44
