1. Add 3/4 cup of sliced strawberries and 3/4 cup of champagne vinegar to a jar. Place the lid on the jar and shake vigorously. 00:02

3. Remove the jar from the refrigerator and pour the contents through a mesh strainer into another jar. Add 1/2 cup of sugar to the jar and stir until the sugar dissolves. 01:24
